The GP-TRE is an advanced Timing Retard Eliminator which preserves the function of the OEM dash gear position indicator. All of Suzuki's late models sportbikes have electronic circuitry which retards the ignition timing in the first four gears, which also reduces horsepower. Another problem which is caused by the ignition timing being retarded is a slight stumble or hesitation when you get off then back on the throttle. This GP-TRE effectively solves this problem! Simply installing our GP-TRE unit will greatly increase horsepower and improve throttle response in the first four gears. We offer a one year warranty for this product which means that if it should fail during that period we will replace it free of charge.
